Royal Decree on the Freezing of Fish
All Fish Served at our Buffet has been previously frozen, as mandated by Royal Decree 1021/2022 of December 13, for the Prevention of ANISAKIS PARASITOSIS.
The owners of these establishments must Inform consumers that these products have been frozen or, where applicable, that they come from aquaculture systems that guarantee they are free of Anisakis, using the procedures they deem appropriate, including, but not limited to, signs or menus.
