Due to the current circumstances regarding the COVID-19 situation, we inform you that the Reservations for the 2023 Season will be conditioned to the measures and Protocols that the Government and the Health Authorities adopt with respect to the Management of COVID-19 in Hotels. These protocols and rules may CONDITION OUR OPENING, OUR TEMPORARY CLOSURE and the conditions of the Hotel Services.

After the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic (March 11, 2020), consumers CANNOT consider the consequences of said pandemic on their Reservation at our Hotel as UNEXPECTED or UNFORESEEN.

WE INFORM you of the possible consequences in the event that the Hotel Montreal had to cancel your Reservation due to the measures and Protocols that the Government and the Health Authorities adopt with respect to the Management of COVID-19 or by the Hotel's own decision depending on the evolution of the pandemic.

Under EU consumer protection legislation, operators have an obligation to act with professional diligence and not mislead consumers about their rights or make it difficult for them to exercise them. Therefore, and especially from March 11, 2020, it is expected that consumers will be informed about the possible consequences for their reservation if they decide to cancel their trip or if the provider had to cancel the accommodation. National legislation may establish that when cancellations or restrictions in the provision of the service are due to reasons of force majeure, such as the COVID-19 epidemic, Consumers or Customers will not have the right to request compensation for additional costs or damage. In this type of situation, national legislation may also provide that consumers are offered (and even have to accept) a voucher for the subsequent provision of the service they have paid in advance (including advance payments made as a guarantee of the reservation).

Therefore, we inform you that if any of the circumstances described above occurs, the Hotel Montreal will proceed to CANCEL the Reservation, without the right to request any compensation. If you have pay in advance as a guarantee or signal of your Reservation, it will be refunded and you will proceed to CANCEL it, without the right to request compensation.

Bookings will have to pay a 30% of the total stay in our Hotel in advance. This can be done by credit card or bank-transfer.

During Festivals like FIB, Rototom etc we will have to charge the total of your stay in the same manner, credit card or bank-transfers are welcome.

We try to be as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the price, descriptions or any other content on this website is accurate, complete and up-to-date without any errors. For reasons beyond our control, prices or other errors may be inaccurate. All reservations requested from this website are reviewed before being accepted.

We publish our Official Rates on the Web and in Printing Brochures in October / November of each year and we never modify them upwards based on the occupation.
If for any reason there is an error or inaccuracy in any price published on the Web or in the Booking Engine and we detect it after your purchase, we will notify you when reviewing and confirming your reservation. You can cancel your reservation without any expenses and we will refund the amount advanced, if you were not satisfied with the correct price that we indicated.

We take the necessary measures to ensure that the information on this website is accurate at the time you see it. All information is provided in good faith and we apologize for any errors or omissions.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND CUSTOMER’S “NO SHOW” CHARGES:

For your safety, cancellations will only be accepted by e-mail.

During April and May, the reservation made may be canceled without expenses, provided it is made 24 hours in advance by written communication. (e-mail)

In normal season, the reservation made may be canceled without expenses, provided that it is made 7 days or more before the date of arrival at the hotel, by written communication. (e-mail).

If you cancel later, you will be charged the first night.

If you do not cancel and “No Show” occurs, the hotel will charge the first two nights.

For reservations on special dates such as FIB, ROTOTOM, July and August or any extraordinary event, cancellations must be made 15 days in advance and there will be no charge.

If you cancel between 7 and 15 days before your arrival, we will charge you 2 days, if you cancel within 7 days before arrival we will charge you 50% of the reservation, if you cancel 48 hours before or not “NO SHOW” occurs, we will charge 100% of your reservation.

If you do not show up and do not cancel on special dates we will charge you the total of the reserved days.

The charges will be made in accommodation regime.

Bank charges generated by cancellations of reservations will be charged to the customer. In any case, the corresponding voucher will be sent to the address indicated by the client at the time of booking.

The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of credit cards before the arrival date.

In case of leaving the room, before the scheduled date, agreed and contracted with the Hotel, the money will not be refunded for unjustified reasons. It will be refunded exclusively for justified reasons of force majeure, such as death or accredited hospital admission.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

For our security, cancellations will only be made by e-mail.

If due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel your reservation totally or partially, we will inform you 7 days before the day of your arrival.

If you wish, we will recommend or manage another hotel nearby with similar characteristics and prices to those of our Hotel.

If you have a confirmed reservation, and on the day of your arrival, we do not have any free room, due to an error / failure in our reservation system, we will try to find you accommodation in a nearby hotel, with similar characteristics and prices to ours.

If we do not find accommodation or our proposal is not to your liking, we will pay the cost of one night of your reservation in cash / euros.

At the time of confirming your reservation, you accept the cancellation policy and “No Show” charges of the Hotel.

Our cancellation policy is only one guideline, we review each case individually. Read the cancellation policy carefully.
