- How can I make a reservation at the Montreal Hotel?

- What time can I have my Room?
Our schedule to access your room is from 03:00 p.m., however, we do everything possible to make it ready as soon as possible, as soon as the room is ready you can have it.
You can enjoy the Hotel services from 12:00 m.
- Until what time can I check-out?
Rooms must be free before 12:00 m. on the day of departure.
- Can I leave the Room later than 12:00 m. on the day of Departure?
Late Check-out is possible until 06:00 p.m. but always subject to Hotel availability.
This Service carries a supplement. (Consult). Request it at the Reception.
- Do I have to notify the hotel if I am going to arrive later than 08:00 p.m.?
If your arrival is expected after 08:00 p.m., it is advisable to contact the hotel.
- Do I have to include Babies and Children in my Reservation?
Yes, we are obliged to include and communicate to all people staying at the Hotel. A guest is understood to be any natural person who is going to stay at the hotel, regardless of their age, whether baby, child or adult.
Baby: From 0 to 2 Years. Child from 2 to 12 years old (from 2 to 11 years old included).
- Do I have to present my Passport or Driving License to stay at the Hotel?
Yes, according to the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security, it is mandatory to register all travelers, including minors.
Collect the signature (inexcusably) on the entry forms for older travelers 16 years old.
The Law for the Protection of Citizen Security establishes that any natural or legal person who carries out activities relevant to citizen security such as accommodation is subject to the obligations of documentary registration and information.
The customer data that must be collected and communicated are those that appear on Passport, or
Driving License.
The data collected by the Hotel must be transmitted to the State Security Forces in less than 24 hours.
- Individual Group Reservations:
For individual reservations we do not accept groups of more than 5 rooms or farewells, parties, anniversaries, etc. All individual reservations that are part of a group will not be accepted.
- What do I do if I do not receive confirmation of the Hotel Reservation?
Check your Spam or junk mail folder.

- Double Bed or 2 Beds? I can Choose?
At the Montreal hotel we have a large number of rooms with a double bed and 2 beds. You must request it at the time of making your Reservation, we will do everything possible to accommodate your request but depending on occupancy and availability, in no case can we guarantee it 100%.
- How can I Reserve a Parking Space?
The hotel has FREE, NOT guarded parking. Spaces are NOT reserved, nor are parking spaces guaranteed with the reservation of your stay.
- What are the Dining Room Hours?
Breakfast: 08:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: 02:00 p.m. to 03:30 p.m.
Dinner: 09:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Are Drinks included in the Pension?
Drinks ARE NOT INCLUDED in the Half Board and Full Board plans, unless indicated in the specific Offer (House Wine and Water).
- Does the Hotel allow Pets?
At the Montreal hotel we allow pets, you must indicate this at the time of making your reservation and we will send you the relevant information and the conditions of accommodation with pets. Upon arrival at the hotel we will provide you with some welcome treats, a bag-carrying bone and all the information regarding establishments, veterinarians, clinics, parks, etc. in Benicàssim for pets.
The Pet Boarding Service carries a supplement. (Consult).
We have a terrace for pets with cool water where we also accept humans.
- Is there a Refrigerator or Minibar in the Rooms?
We have a Frigo-Minibar Service at the Client’s request.
This Service carries a supplement. (Consult).
- Is there a Safe in the Rooms?
Yes, all rooms have a Safe, this Service carries an additional cost per Day.
Deposit for the key that will be returned upon return.
