We have Dynamic Rates for Bed and Breakfast, Half Board and Full Board in the Reservation engine of our Website.

  • ROOMS ASSIGNMENT:
  • For organizational reasons and in order to be able to manage our Reservations planning properly and given that nowadays there are no obligatory dates of entrances/exits and with the different types of rooms and existing location; with a view to the swimming pool or the street, different floors, double beds, two beds, etc. We cannot guarantee you a specific room number. However, you can tell us your room or situation preference and we will do our best to meet your request, although WE WILL NEVER GUARANTEE IT. Rooms will be assigned according to availability.
  • CHILDREN:
  • Babies from new born to 2 years old. Free. Cots… 6,00€ subject to availability, upon request.
    It will be essential to bring the Family Book.
  • Children up to 12 Years old: 1st Child .. 50% Off / 2nd Child .. 25% Off.
    On the adult rate. In a shared room with 2 adults.
  • FAMILY ROOM:
    Price published for room occupied by 4 Adults.
  • SINGLE-PARENT ROOM:
    Price based on: 1 Adult and 1 Child … up to 12 Years. 25% Off. 2nd Child 50% Off.
  • LATE CHECK OUT:
    Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. has a cost of € 20.00. And always subject to the Hotel’s availability.
  • ROOM CHANGE:
    When a room change is requested after Check-in (and whenever possible) due to preferences, location or any other reason requested by the Client, the room change will have a cost of €20.00.
  • SUPPLEMENT pets animals per day: 6,00€
  • “FOOD INTOLERANCES”
    Being the BUFFET Dining Service, we ask that if you suffer from any Food intolerance, indicate it at the time of making your reservation. We have a personalized Meal Plan for Celiac Clients (gluten-free) and other food intolerances.

FIB (Festival Internacional de Benicàssim) and ROTOTOM:
FIB: Minimum stay 5 for NIGHTS: Between July 15 and 21
ROTOTOM: Minimum stay 7 NIGHTS: Between August 15 and 23

Short Stay of 1 day .. + 60%. Short Stay of 4 days . + 30%.
Short Stay of 2 days . + 50%. Short Stay of 5 days . + 20%.
Short Stay of 3 days . + 40%. Short Stay of 6 days . + 20%.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
You will be charged on your card 30% of the Total of the Stay, at the time of confirming the reservation. (as a deposit).

For Festivals Dates (FIB, Rototom, etc.),
You will be charged on your card the Total of the Stay, at the time of confirming the reservation. (Prepaid)

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND PRICES:
We try to be as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the price, descriptions or any other content on this website is accurate, complete and up-to-date without any errors. For reasons beyond our control, prices or other errors may be inaccurate. All reservations requested from this website are reviewed before being accepted.

If for any reason there is an error or inaccuracy in any price published on the Web or in the Booking Engine and we detect it after your purchase, we will notify you when reviewing and confirming your reservation. You can cancel your reservation without any expenses and we will refund the amount advanced, if you were not satisfied with the correct price that we indicated.

We take the necessary measures to ensure that the information on this website is accurate at the time you see it. All information is provided in good faith and we apologize for any errors or omissions.

CONDITIONS OF THE ACCOMMODATION SERVICE:

The possible preferences chosen in terms of the room may carry additional cost and are not guaranteed.

Early departure or partial stay. There will be no refund or refund of money for partially used stays, early departures or nights not used.

All guests must check in before entering the hotel.

VISITS:
The hotel reserves the right of admission of occasional visits and in no case access to the rooms is allowed. In case of non-compliance, management reserves the right to order the immediate exit of the visitor.

  • FULL BOARD REGIME:

Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Lodging.

Meals and dinners do not include drinks except as indicated in the specific Offer.

  • HALF BOARD REGIME:

Includes Breakfast, Dinner and Accommodation.

Meals and dinners do not include drinks except as indicated in the specific Offer.

  • REGIME OF ACCOMODATION AND BREAKFAST:

Includes Breakfast and Lodging.

The Breakfast, the Lunch and the Dinner form an indivisible part of the “Package of Contracted Accommodation”, the services not used by the Client, for any circumstance, will not be reimbursable, nor exchangeable for other Services, nor for Services for other days.

The packages are rates as a whole, their price is much cheaper than the services contracted individually or separately and cannot be broken down.

The Breakfast Service not used by the Client, will NOT be replaced by Pic-nic.
It will not be refundable, nor redeemable for other services.
The Lunch or Dinner Service may be replaced by Pic-nic, at the request of the Client.
Due to the delivery service of the bakery and the time compliance of our workers, the Picnic will be available from 9:15 a.m.

OUR RESTAURANT HOURS:
Breakfast: From 08:30 to 10:30. Lunch: from 14:00 to 15:30. Dinner: from 21:00 to 22:3

COVID-19 AND OTHER PANDEMICS WE BET ON PRUDENCE:

Due to the current circumstances regarding the COVID-19 and other pandemics situation, we inform you that the Reservations for the next Season will be conditioned to the measures and Protocols that the Government and the Health Authorities adopt with respect to the Management of COVID-19 and other pandemics in Hotels. These protocols and rules may CONDITION OUR OPENING, OUR TEMPORARY CLOSURE and the conditions of the Hotel Services.

After the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic (March 11, 2020), consumers CANNOT consider the consequences of said pandemic on their Reservation at our Hotel as UNEXPECTED or UNFORESEEN.

WE INFORM you of the possible consequences in the event that the Hotel Montreal had to cancel your Reservation due to the measures and Protocols that the Government and the Health Authorities adopt with respect to the Management of COVID-19 and other pandemics or by the Hotel’s own decision depending on the evolution of the pandemic.

Under EU consumer protection legislation, operators have an obligation to act with professional diligence and not mislead consumers about their rights or make it difficult for them to exercise them. Therefore, and especially from March 11, 2020, it is expected that consumers will be informed about the possible consequences for their reservation if they decide to cancel their trip or if the provider had to cancel the accommodation. National legislation may establish that when cancellations or restrictions in the provision of the service are due to reasons of force majeure, such as the COVID-19 and other pandemics, Consumers or Customers will not have the right to request compensation for additional costs or damage. In this type of situation, national legislation may also provide that consumers are offered (and even have to accept) a voucher for the subsequent provision of the service they have paid in advance (including advance payments made as a guarantee of the reservation).

Therefore, we inform you that if any of the circumstances described above occurs, the Hotel Montreal will proceed to CANCEL the Reservation, without the right to request any compensation. If you have pay in advance as a guarantee or signal of your Reservation, it will be refunded and you will proceed to CANCEL it, without the right to request compensation.
