At Hotel Montreal we know the importance of traveling with our dogs on vacation. But it is necessary to have some basic rules of coexistence and good manners, as long as these are respected, the vacation experience with your pet will be unforgettable.

We must take into account the rest of the hotel clients and remember that there are people who are NOT fascinated by pets.

Our Rules of Coexistence:

Only reservations with pets will be accepted, upon request and confirmation by the Hotel.
The owner must bring with him his usual resting space and his food and drink containers.
The accommodation of your pet has a supplement. Consult.
Pets must remain on a short leash as they pass through the common and permitted areas of the Hotel.
Access to the Dining Room, Bar, Pool and Common Areas of the Hotel is not allowed.
The client must remove the pet from the room when cleaning it.
For everyone’s safety, your pet should never be left alone in the room. If you have to be away, always leave it in its carrier so that the maintenance or cleaning service can access your room without complications. If your dog is left alone, place the sign: Pet in the Room on the doorknob of your room, which will be given to you at the Reception.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the daily cleaning or maintenance of your room and declines any responsibility derived from non-compliance with this rule.
It is not allowed to bathe your pet in the bathroom of the room and use the hotel towels to dry it.
Do not use the utensils in your room or the Hotel to feed or drink your pet.
For hygiene reasons, your dog should not sleep on the beds.
The owner is responsible for collecting the physiological needs of his pet at all times.
The payment of the supplement for the accommodation of the pet does not include possible damages caused to third parties, to the furniture or belongings of the Hotel, so if it occurs, the owner will be responsible for the cost of these damages. The amount of the damages caused during the stay will be charged in the final invoice of the stay.
It is advisable to have insurance.
The Hotel Montreal reserves the right not to admit pets that cause inconvenience to other clients or have inappropriate behavior.
At all times, the client is responsible for their pet and its behavior, exempting the Hotel from any responsibility.
Please be kind to other customers who may be allergic to or upset by your pet’s presence.
In the event that your stay coincides with that of a guest with allergies, phobias, fear, etc., do everything possible so that your animal is not a nuisance to them. The comfort of all our clients is considered paramount in our Hotel.
We have a terrace enabled exclusively so that you can enjoy the company of your pet.

OUR ADVICE:

A well-behaved dog is a perfect travel companion, but even if you fully trust him, keep in mind that he is changing from his usual environment and may react unpredictably.
Do not forget the documentation of the animal. It is recommended that you carry an identification plate with your mobile in case of loss.
Don’t forget to bring waste collection bags.
Upon arrival at the Hotel it is advisable to walk him and let him relieve himself. It is a new and strange place for your pet.
Dogs like to mark their territory, do not allow them to do so at the entrance or in the room, it will help make their stay more pleasant.
